2.1 Evaluation Programs

• Instant Funding: Receive simulated capital immediately based on specified trading rules
• One-Step Challenge: Single-phase evaluation requiring a 10% profit target
• Two-Step Challenge: Two-phase evaluation with profit targets of 5% and 8%, respectively

2.2 Funded Trading Accounts

6.1 Evaluation Fees

Evaluation program fees are:

• Non-refundable unless due to our technical failure
• Payable in full before account activation
• Subject to applicable taxes and processing fees
• Refundable upon successful completion and funding

6.2 Profit Sharing Structure

Profit sharing for funded accounts is as follows:

• Initial profit split: 80% to the trader, 20% to Excellence Traders Limited
• After first payout: 90% to the trader, 10% to Excellence Traders Limited
• Profits calculated only on closed positions
• No profit sharing for unrealized profits or open positions

6.3 Withdrawal Processing

Profit payouts are processed as follows:

• Bi-weekly for funded accounts
• Subject to minimum payout thresholds
• Via bank transfer, cryptocurrency, or other approved methods
• Within 1-5 business days after approval
• Subject to applicable fees and currency conversion costs

7.1 Our Intellectual Property

All content, software, platforms, and materials provided by Excellence Traders Limited are protected by intellectual property laws and remain our exclusive property, including but not limited to:

• Website content, design, and functionality
• Proprietary trading tools and indicators
• Educational materials and content
• Trademarks, logos, and branding elements

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and use our platform for trading purposes
• Download and use provided software and tools
• Access educational materials for personal use

7.3 Restrictions

You may not:
